It’s time to get out your journal. Set your timer for 10 minutes and write about Gratitude. When the timer goes off, read what you wrote, maybe out loud. And when you are done, write the words “Thank you” at the end of your essay. How does it feel to write those last two words? Why do you think you write those words?
The purpose of journal writing is to draw out your thoughts, your feelings. A lot of people have a lot to say about Gratitude. But what are your thoughts, your feelings about this word and its place in your life?
